Celebrity Beyond is a cruise ship owned by Celebrity Cruises, the third ship in the Edge class, which entered service in April 2022. The ship is known for its many luxurious venues and experiences, such as the Magic Carpet, an exclusive private retreat for suite guests, and a variety of dining options and entertainment venues.
Features and onboard experiences
Magic Carpet: A floating platform on the side of the ship that moves between decks, serving as a unique bar or dining area.
The Retreat: An exclusive area for suite guests that includes a private restaurant, lounge, sundeck, and a dedicated team of attendants.
Grand Plaza: A central hub featuring the Martini Bar, live music, and a chandelier light show.
Rooftop Garden: An open-air space with a movie screen, sports court, and seating areas.
Solarium: An adults-only, glass-enclosed pool area with a pool, hot tubs, and a café.

Chandris Lines was originally established to transport Greek immigrants fleeing Europe after World War II. The line purchased aging liners and gave them new life, and their fleet became popular with passengers and crew. Some of the ships in the Chandris fleet included:
- RHMS ELLINIS: Formerly the Matson liner "Lurline", this ship was converted to serve the immigrant run to Australia.
- RHMS AUSTRALIS: Chandris' flagship and largest ship in the fleet.
The Chandris Group also founded Celebrity Cruises in 1988, which merged with Royal Caribbean International in 1997.
The big “X” on the funnel of Celebrity Cruise ships represents the Greek letter chi for “Chandris”. Till today many crew members are of Greek descent.
